But is that really what it takes to be successful? Hell No..! I know that many people out there has this opinion regarding the looks of artiste. People expect artiste to be all so good looking and perfect. A few pounds more and see what happens to the artiste. Get caught clubbing too wildly and there goes your reputation. But come on! Have you guys forgot the main reason they are artistes? ITS BECAUSE OF THEIR TALENT. People should focus more on their talent and not what they are doing with their personal life. Of course, I know they shouldn't be too ridiculous as to show their naked parts. But the emotions, lust, wildness and different characteristics is what makes us human and artistes are human too! Sometimes we just have to give them a break. People make mistakes. And who says you have to be very hot and very gorgeous to be accepted as an artiste? Take Charice Pempengco for example. I love and adore her. She's from Philipines but who cares? She has an amazing talent! She inspires us. Many people appreciate her talent and that should be the way instead of criticizing her height and looks. She's pretty! And Philipines is a country too. We should treat every country with at least basic respect! So what she's short? So what she's from the Philipines? She can sing so wonderfully and with that, we can forget those physical attributes. What about Miley Cyrus? Okay, maybe half of her fame came by because of her father. But so what? She's now famous as MILEY CYRUS and has her own songs. Many kids look up to her and loves her songs. I know she had some scandals regarding some pictures. But she's still a regular teenager like us! The only difference is that she is famous. So those people who thinks that only gorgeous people or perfect people should be artistes, you are so wrong! Please think toward the positive side of people! Susan Boyle is not thin, not gorgeous, but hear her sing! Artistes are based on many different areas in the entertainment industry and its their talents that really sets them apart. In this entry, I hope to urge people to notice more of the artistes' talents and capability instead of always demanding them to look pretty/handsome or behave in a certain way. TALENTS is really what we need to keep the industry going. If a singer looks so hot and gorgeous but can't sing, then what's the point in listening to his/her music then? THINK AGAIN.
